Veteran casual game developer Frima Studio and Swedish publisher PAN Vision announced recently that they plan to begin development on a Little Princess title in January of the New Year.

“As a developer specialized in virtual worlds for kids, Frima Studio knows how to bring a fantasy world into a video game. We are very happy to work with their team to bring this brand to console”, said Daniel Torbjornsson from PAN Vision.

“Video game is the best way for children to interact with their favorite toy or fairytale character”, commented Frima’s CEO Steve Couture. “It is a pleasure to bring our expertise to PAN Vision for this beautiful project. Little Princess marks the beginning of a great relationship between our two companies”.

The Little Princess is known for her obstinate nature and curiosity for the world around her. The popular European character is featured in children’s picture book and an animated television series.

The title will be released during summer of 2010 and will be available on the Wii and PSN.
